x8k Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and x8k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x8k website at x8k.club and all associated services, including but not limited to the sports betting product, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, and all other games and features made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, promotional terms, bonus conditions, and the x8k Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

These Terms are written in English and are to be interpreted under English as used in international commerce and online gaming. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not alter the binding meaning of the English version. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the English original, the English version prevails.

x8k reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified through an in-platform announcement or by email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.

To be eligible to register and use x8k, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game or promotion on x8k.
2. You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only — not as a commercial operator, agent, or representative of a business entity.
3. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, and you have not requested self-exclusion from x8k. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register are in breach of these Terms.
4. You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party in relation to any bet placed or game played on the platform.
5. All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — is accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 18+ age restriction, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

x8k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be permanently suspended without notice, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety.

Each player may hold exactly one active account on x8k. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, x8k reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts without prior notice, cancel any pending bets or transactions, and withhold any accumulated balances pending investigation.

During registration you will be required to provide a valid mobile phone number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the destination for OTP-based verification. You are responsible for ensuring that the phone number you register is one to which you have sole and exclusive access. x8k will use this number to communicate account-related notifications, security alerts, and, where applicable, promotional messages.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered phone. x8k will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the x8k support team immediately at [email protected] or via the platform's live chat.

x8k cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access results from the player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials. Where unauthorised access is reported, x8k will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account to prevent further activity while the investigation is ongoing.

Players must keep their registered account details — including contact information and payment method details — accurate and up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or the inability to complete identity verification. Account detail updates can be requested through the x8k support team.

All financial transactions on x8k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x8k does not apply currency conversion charges to BDT balances. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the x8k account balance in real time, subject to the availability and performance of the respective mobile financial service providers. Deposits via card payment methods may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances, though the standard processing time is substantially shorter.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawal requests submitted during support hours (8:00 AM – 11:59 PM BST) are typically processed within one to three hours. Requests submitted outside of support hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next support window.

x8k reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where a bonus has been applied to the account, or where the account is subject to an ongoing identity verification review. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Players are advised to check the current limits displayed in the cashier before initiating a transaction.

x8k does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers — including mobile wallet operators — may apply their own fees or transaction charges. x8k has no control over such third-party charges and accepts no liability for them.

x8k may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional credits awarded on x8k:

• Bonus credits are not redeemable for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited without compensation.
• x8k reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel bonus credits if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or any other activity that x8k considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage activity, or the use of automated tools — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion or have had deposit limits applied to their account may not be eligible for certain promotional offers at the discretion of x8k.

x8k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers available on x8k are intended for the Bangladesh market and may not be available to players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions.

x8k operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent behaviour, cheating, collusion, and any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform or to cause harm to other players or to x8k itself. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on x8k, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in any way that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or tournament in order to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Depositing funds that originate from unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform malfunctions to generate credits, winnings, or other account benefits that would not otherwise be obtainable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through an exploited error will be voided and removed from the account balance.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the x8k platform, its underlying software, or any associated system or network.
• Engaging in any form of communication — whether through the platform, via email, or through third-party channels — that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward x8k staff, support agents, or other players.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, identity verification, or any support interaction.

Where x8k has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above activities have taken place, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. x8k's determination as to whether a breach has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

x8k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through a third-party payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate account activity linked to the player's registered details or device.
• At the request of the player, where a self-exclusion or voluntary closure request is received and verified.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the registered contact details and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or documentation where applicable. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in part or in full at x8k's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the x8k support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus credits and promotional balances are not returnable upon voluntary account closure.

Players who have closed their account under a self-exclusion arrangement may not re-register during the active exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of the newly created account.

x8k provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While x8k takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or periods of unavailability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform downtime. x8k will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8k and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the x8k platform, even if x8k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from technical faults, connectivity issues, or device failures on the player's side that interrupt a game session or prevent a bet from being placed.
• Decisions made by the player in the course of gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to the outcome of bets placed and games played.
• Any loss or damage arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or service interruptions attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment partner.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit x8k's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on the x8k platform and that x8k bears no responsibility for any financial loss you incur through your use of the platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account if you have any concerns about your gambling behaviour.
